Santa Claus Half-Marathon 10Km!
2021 Race Date – Saturday, August 14
The Santa Claus 10Km starts and finishes at Chena Lakes Recreation Area. The route is quite flat and is run on bike paths, gravel roads and trails. This year the race will be a 10Km, rather than a half-marathon.
About the Santa Claus Half-Marathon – NOT HELD IN 2021!!!!! The SCHM is the oldest half-marathon in the Interior. There are two starting waves – an 8AM start for runners who anticipate taking more than 2.5 hours to finish the race, and a 9AM start for runners who anticipate finishing under 2 hours. Runners who start at 8AM will receive a minimum time of 2:00:00, even if they finish in less than 2 hours.
